I had my first ever eye test this weekend which found that I’m partially short sighted in one eye, and this imbalance is what’s causing the head aches and general eye aches I get after long days in front of a screen, which means I get to wear these specs anytime the symptoms start appearing. (occupational hazard of working at a computer screen for 8+ hours a day, 5 days a week I guess!).
